Our company values customer satisfaction; we therefore offer a no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to decline refunds on requests made after the 30-day period at our discretion. 
  • Requests must be made via the purchaser’s account that is generated automatically after purchase (described below), or must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number. 
  • Items that are marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds. 

 

PROCESS

To initiate a refund/return:

  1. On the homepage, click on the Account icon. Then, in the Email field, enter the email address used at checkout, and click Continue.
  2. In your email, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
  3. Go back to our website, and enter the six-digit verification code.
  4. Click on the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add an optional note for the store.
  7. Click Request return.


REFUNDS

  • In order for purchases to be verified, you must use the "Request return" feature described above. Otherwise, we require proof of purchase in the form of an order confirmation number.
  • Refunds must be issued in the original form of payment. We are not able to provide refunds to alternate forms. 
  • Shipping costs and any associated fees (i.e., import taxes) are non-refundable. 
  • Refunds for items on sale will be refunded in the sale amount. 
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return or exchange. Note: your bank may require additional time to process your refund, a process that we cannot control

 

REFUND APPROVAL AND DENIAL

  • Refund requests are processed within 5 business days of submission.
  • Notification of approval or denial will be made via the email associated with your account.
  • Note that while we offer a “no questions asked” policy, we reserve the right to deny requests at our discretion, regardless of whether they meet the eligibility criteria. 

 

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements described above. 

 

SHIPPING

  • While we provide free shipping, we reserve the right to charge for any shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges at our discretion, up to but not exceeding the maximum rates of the “Large Flat Rate Box” provided by USPS. 
  • Shipping costs and any associated fees (i.e., import taxes, etc) for international orders are not eligible for free shipping on returns/exchanges, and are subject to the maximum rates for “Priority Mail International” provided by USPS. 


 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience with us. However, we reserve the right to refuse refunds and exchanges at our discretion.
